Ohkkk.....So today’s breakfast was prepared last night 😃😉

I’m a busy mum of 2, which means I look for recipes that are quick, super easy & Uber simple to prepare, besides it being absolutely nourishing & totalllllly delicious.

I know I know too many many clauses but hey this recipes checks out all the boxes, trust me it’s sooooo simple to make & yet so yumm.

Ohhhh & btw......this is kids approved husband approved .....sooo win-win 💃🏻


Ridiculously simple no cook make ahead breakfast that’s so nutritious & uber deliiiicious.

Yields3 Servings
Prep Time5 minsCook Time10 minsTotal Time15 mins
 2 cups Strawberries
 5 tbsp Chia Seeds
 5 tbsp Maple Syrup (or any sweetener of your choice)
 2 cups Almond Milk (or any other milk)
 2 tsp Flaxseed powder
 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 2 cups Pomegranate
 Watermelon seeds (or any seed or nut of your choice)

Wash & hull the strawberries.

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer-blender jar except pomegranate & watermelon seeds,also keep a few strawberries to garnish.

To assemble,
In a glass bowl add the pomegranate seeds then the blended chia mixture,
Top it with some more pomegranates, strawberries & watermelon seeds.

Refrigerate the pudding overnight & enjoy it next morning.

Note:-
If you wish you can just mix in the chia seeds whole instead of blending the remaining ingredients together.
I felt like blending it this time so I went for it,sometimes I just mix it in.
