Christmas Snowballs

December  the most awesomest month of the year.

One reason being Christmassss.
I love everything about Christmas the cleaning, the shopping, the sweets, the lights, the decorations, the everything.

Here's my version of Snowballs, it’s no cook, no bake, no fuss & a super easy peasy recipe. Plus it isn’t overtly sweet so yayyy. In my version I add cashew powder too.

A coconuty cashewy soft melt in the mouth Christmas sweet.

 100 g Cashews (powdered coarsely)
 80 g Dessicated coconut
 5 g Dessicated coconut (for rolling)
 100 g Condensed milk
 ½ tbsp Vanilla extract

In a bowl mix the dessicated coconut, condensed milk, cashew powder & vanilla extract.

And form a soft dough.

Make small balls of approximately 30 grams each & keep aside.

Next roll the balls in the dessicated coconut & keep aside.

You can store these in the fridge for upto 20 days.
