Make today so awesome that yesterday gets jealous ๐๐
Toh aaj ka post hain, Crunchy Crispy Chickpeas. Oh! I love this snack and I call it my โCrunchy Immunity Boosting Snackโ. ๐ LOL, I know right - me & my names ๐
Moving on, ๐ I usually make a big batch of this yumminess, cos it is so versatile.
I have it as a chai time snack or as a garnish on my soup or add it in my rolls for some extra crunch.
See, 1 dish, multiple uses ๐ ๐ And, itโs so simple to make.
Remove the chickpea skin or leave as is (aap ki marzi ๐), but I like to remove it because it makes the chickpeas more crunchier
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Spread the chickpeas on a tray lined with parchment paper. Put it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Then remove and transfer the chickpeas in a bowl & add oil and the spices. Mix well, spread it back on the parchment paper and toast for another 20-25 minutes (depending on how crispy and crunchy youโd like it).
Remove. Cool. Store. This batch will last for 3-4 weeks, if you donโt eat it all at once. (which Iโm sure you will ๐). Enjoy!
